Oaklands 8 is a one bedroom (non-smoking, pet free) short stay oasis set in a central residential neighbourhood that is convenient to major arteries and public , feels a world away.

Special touches let you know you are welcome! Enjoy heated tile floors, a fully equipped, stone countered kitchen and glass and tile shower, Bosch laundry cabinet, flat screen TV, free WIFI!

The bedroom sleeps two in a double bed, and one (or two?) in a high-end pull-out 39" single in the living room. There is ample closet space and a fully equipped, compact kitchen with dishwasher. Your patio catches morning sun for great start to another beautiful day in Victoria. There is a small fee for a third guest as explained under "rates".

Eclectic reading material invites a day relaxing in the gardens. Original crafts and artifacts to character to the modern space. You'll find that there is much more to the area than the tourist circuit. Your hosts, world travellers and former B&B owners, are happy to offer suggestions.

Stay awhile! Your suite is a completely separate unit suitable for a two-night minimum stay or term stays of several months. Traveling with family or friends? Mid-Century Oaks, a two bedroom suite is located just steps away. Do ask about availability.

Flipkey's algorithms and automatic communications can seem a bit tricky (e.g. due dates a year off!) so please, PLEASE, ask if you are unsure. We are more than happy to help. House rules

Guests are expected to return the suite in the condition provided so that we can return the security deposit in full. Please tidy up using cleaning supplies provided, dispose of crumbs and such, it's helpful to at least load the dishwasher, leave used towels in the shower stall or washing machine. Recycling bins are provided—please group paper, plastic, metal and glass in the two bins. Please keep noise levels low in respect of the (remarkable) peace of the building and neighbourhood. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
