Just steps away from Scarborough beach this cape home is the perfect place to make great family summer memories. Walk off the beach right to your beach cottage. In the off-season, this is our home away from home. The cottage is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated with Pergo floors throughout, new appliances, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Unbeatable ocean views included!

In addition to Scarborough Beach and adjoining Black Point nature preserve, the area boasts three of New England's most beautiful beaches. The cottage is three miles from historic downtown Narragansett's restaurants, beaches, activities and the 'Towers' and is a bike ride to the Block Island/Martha's Vineyard ferry terminals. Scenic Newport is a short drive across the bay and is visible from Scarborough while Providence dining, entertainment and shopping is a thirty minute drive by major highway.

How do damage deposits work?
