Cute, small 2 bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Remodeled with new furniture.

New kitchen added with maple cabinets and granite counter tops.

In late 2010, an entire new bathroom was added....spa like features and a giant rain head shower with tub.

Hawaiian flare with amenities of the main land. Your own secluded beach home. Watch the waves and enjoy the views from the surrounding covered porch. You can easily walk to BYU or PCC.

The unit has an attached studio, but you won't even notice it. Separate yards, patios and everything. You have your own private entrance, parking and yard. You won't be disappointed.

How do damage deposits work?
