This recently updated and remodeled 2 BR condo has "vacation getaway" as its motivation. We placed this second level unit on the market in hopes you would enjoy it as much as we have. The southwestern inspired decor reminds you that this is a beautiful and distinct part of the country. The condo was designed for functionality and priced for value oriented travelers while maintaining a comfort rating of "superior." You will find a queen size bed in each bedroom now as we continue to update all the time. The new carpet was recently installed too! Inside the unit you will find ceiling fans in all the rooms or A/C when the weather dictates. Extra linens are provided so you can always choose to cool off in the pool which is just around the corner.

The kitchen is fully furnished for your enjoyment. Many condiments are available for use if you wish. The two bathrooms can come in handy especially if you have more than 2 guests. The washer/dryer is located in the condo for your convenience as well.A chill in the air? Set the thermostat to a comfortable setting and in just a few minutes the condo will be as warm as you desire. You may choose to start a cozy fire in the fireplace! Watch a movie on the new flat screen TV or in the bedroom. Then go and unwind in the hot tub before bed or in the morning with your favorite hot beverage. Too hot? The central air can be set to a cooler setting. Use the pool to cool off as well.

Opportunities to escape, unwind and enjoy the quiet serenity of your vacation abound at this intimate complex. If exploring the greater Phoenix area is a part of your visit then you can find it just minutes away. The complex is conveniently located close to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town, Casino Arizona, Scottsdale Stadium, ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Desert Botanical Gardens,Heard Museum, professional sports complexes, Camelback Mountain and downtown Tempe or Phoenix to name a few destinations. IT IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Two blocks away you will find a grocery store, Starbuck's, eateries, sports bars,beauty salons, banking and restaurants. The FREE OLDTOWN SCOTTSDALE TROLLEY stops right outside the front entrance which makes getting around a breeze. Check the dates to see when it is operating.

This condo is so convenient to EVERYTHING. And I only had to buy groceries, bring personal health items. Everything else is at your fingertips. Loved the Arizona décor:) quiet neighborhood.
