Description

Seagull Landing is a magnificent three story, five bedroom, three and one half bath home, with an observation tower overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The house is approximately 3300 square feet under air. Seagull Landing is located in WindMark Beach, a St. Joe Co. community, in Port St. Joe, Florida. WindMark Beach is in close proximity to downtown Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas, and historic Apalachicola.

Our home was built in 2007. Everything in it is of the highest quality and the home is well maintained throughout. The main level is an open floor plan with a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living and dining room, beautifully decorated and very inviting. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the main level, with its own bathroom, along with another half bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are spacious and lively, with glass mosaic tiles on the walls. The master bathroom has a large dual head shower that is absolutely wonderful! At the very top of the house is an observation tower, complete with a bench seat (24" width) that can sleep 2 kids, or to just sit on with a good book to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views.

We have a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the side of the house. There are two screened in patios, one on each level of the house.

This house can accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults (HOA bylaws).

Seagull Landing is just minutes away from the WindMark Beach village center.
