Perfect for the business traveler looking to impress or a family on vacation.You will be Within walking distance of everything including the famous Tesoro Mall, two Grocery stores and a cinema from your full floor apartment that has panoramic views of Medellin and an elevator that opens up directly into your apartment and a second elevator that opens up into the back hall. A quick call down to the porter (phone includes free local calling) and your taxi will be waiting for you to take you away to the famous parque lleras (7minutes away) for local restaurants or night life to finish off your day. Two flights up in the common area is the panoramic roof top deck with a hot tub and a Turkish bath. The large master suite has a new king size bed, TV and walk-in closet, complete with a full bath. The 2nd Bed room has a double bed with private bath and flat screen TV. The 3rd and 4th bed rooms also have flat screen TV's and share a bathroom in the hall (double and semi double beds respectively). (Please no applicants who are looking to be loud or have a bachelor type party... Simply not allowed). Then there is a maids quarters next to the laundry room with private bath (this would actually be the 4th bath) if you want maid service for an additional charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and upgraded appliances and utensils. There is a business office for all of your printing scanning etc inside the Carulla grocery store at the mall. This luxury apartment is 180 square meters or 1938 square feet with 3 balconies.
