Luxurious beachfront living. This stunning property is located in Encanto, a gated private enclave located on Playa Miramar. It is one of two buildings and has only 37 units. No condo hotels with constant traffic or noise. One of the premier developments in all of Rocky Point, this property was developed by the family of the Mayan Palace owners. While staying in Encanto you will also have access to The Mayan Palace, considered the Ritz Carlton of Mexico and you will feel the luxury the moment you pass the guard gate. The beautiful Encanto condo has 180 degree views of the sea of Cortez from its enormous terrace. 2 bedrooms are both en suite with full bath. Master has large jetted tub. Powder room off of the living/dining great room. Large laundry room. Granite counter tops and all appliances are GE stainless steel. Wet bar built-in on the terrace. Resort has 24 hr. security, fitness room, tennis court, 2 pools and 2 spas, fire pits and a 3 BBQ grill station. Palapas are waiting for you on the beach! Golf is 2 miles away at the Mayan's own J. Nicklaus signature golf course. Internet Wi-Fi and Dish network! You will love walking the pristine shell filled beaches. A 20 minute drive and you will be exploring the fish market in Old Town and the conveniences of a Sam's club and Rocky Points version of Wal-Mart ( Bodega Aurelia).

Access to the Mayan Palace is easy, walk the beach or a short 5 minute drive. Enjoy pool and ocean-side side margaritas and casual dining. Their lovely restaurant has a fabulous Sunday champagne brunch as well as excellent lunch and dinner offerings. The Mayan offers water sports, beach and other activities for kids and the family.

We have English and Mexican on site property management that will make every part of your arrival, stay and departure easy. You will not find a more relaxing and lovely vacation in all of Mexico. This property has the comfort of an upscale private residence with the amenities of resort living.

Response from the owner Caroline, Thank you for your review and information. We will certainly take all these issues to the property management office and have them addressed right away. We immediately correct any issues that are found and last week replaced a washer and dryer. The unit is not used as a "cash cow". We are always trying to improve. Since 2017 we installed 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and custom shutters in the master bath. All bedding was replaced as well. I did send you an immediate email when I learned you had trouble with the check in. You did not respond. I did send an email to the management office alerting them of your arrival, however they have had staff changes. We have over 50 5 star reviews on another site and wish you could have let us know what issues you found to be a problem when you encountered them. We do plan to repaint as soon as the summer season is finished but cannot do while guests are in the unit. Our rates are lower than any other units in the complex and the onsite management office charges almost 60 dollars a night more. Again, thank you for bringing the items to our attention. We are glad that you enjoy Encanto and Luna Blanca.

El amuncio me parece engañoso ya que muestra algunas fotos de instalaciones que no corresponden a las de ese complejo. Corresponden al hotel Mayan Palace. Por lo que no me parece confiable.
