“Stunning Beachcomber Condo 17 with a stunning view of stunning Seven Mile Beach!”

My family and I have travelled to Cayman during March break in the past because we could always count on the amazing weather. This year however, we chose to stay at The Beachcomber Unit 17 instead of a hotel. We were delighted in the upscale environment of condo 17 with its beautiful extended balcony, and we loved the wall of windows enabling us to view the gorgeous water wherever we looked. The view is spectacular, and because it is an end unit, very private too. This unit's third floor balcony is the best in the entire building. It's over sized outdoor area is awesome, and having the option to sit in an optional screened in area is also nice, but with this view, we always remained outside. The decor is fresh, and the building is very well maintained and current. It is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms and three clean ensuites as well. Having laundry within this unit was also a bonus, plus daily cleaning service too makes it even better. It is also an easy trip from the airport and also within walking distance to the grocery store, malls, excellent restaurants and even theatre. We have already booked for next year. We travel a lot, and this condo and luxuries it provides will ensure our return. You will not be disappointed and I would recommend Unit 17 to all of our family members and friends.

We rented this beautiful place for a weekend dive trip. The view as you walk in the condo and onto the spacious patio is stunning. We spent most of our time on the indoor/outdoor patio to take in as much of the view and sun. You can't beat the location, you can snorkel or dive right off the beach. The pool and hot tub area provided refreshment after spending day diving and sunbathing. Right across the street is a well stocked grocery store. You can walk to restaurants and the store, so you dont need rental car everyday. I got lucky and was assigned to the master suite with very large bathroom with amenities such as bath/shower, separate toiler area, two sinks for his/her and jacuzzi bath. The view from the master suite was onto the water/beach. We used the kitchen for cooking several meals and it had all the equipment needed to put together a gourmet meal.

I stayed in #17, a third floor corner unit during a 5 day dive trip. From entry to exit, every aspect of the stay was exceptional. The island design was very comfortable without sacrificing a thing to luxury. The best part comes as you walk out on the expansive terrace and view the Caribbean and the beautiful property. This became my favorite spot in the early morning for coffee and especially for drinks at sunset, as this west-facing unit frames each sunset. The diving and snorkeling off the beach is spectacular in its own right. The addition of wifi, a provided laptop, free magicjack calls to the us and multiple flat screen tv's with satellite Tv make it a perfect haven to do business while experiencing pleasure. Unit 17 is Close to grocery and package stores with underground parking and an excellent staff. The master suite is beautiful with a couples bath and very comfortable bed. Although my first time, I will certainly return again and request this unit specifically. Stayed September 2013, traveled with friends
