Easy access off Hwy 9 (no curvy mountain back roads - just a straight shot to/from Zion on the Hwy). Bryce Canyon is only 1 hour away and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is about 1 1/2 hours away. Peaceful, beautiful, spacious, private and a SUPER location! Enjoy no neighbors:)

There are various nearby restaurants, a grocery store, swimming pools, Maynard Dixon Art Gallery and a 9-hole GOLF course within minutes of the property :)

The Zion Hideaway House is only 3 minutes from Mt. Carmel Junction and Hwy 89. Kanab, Utah is approx. 20 minutes away.

This country style home has 5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 12 (maximum, this includes children) and sits ALONE on 11 ACRES with thousands of quiet acres all around. Your closest neighbors will be the bald eagles and the Utah wildlife. Highway 9 is conveniently close which provides easy access to the parks. The house is surrounded by panoramic views of rolling hills, Cedar Tree forests and some of the unique, gorgeous cliffs and mountains of Utah.

Enjoy the great outdoors at our wonderful 5,203 ft elevation while sipping coffee or tea on the redwood deck that extends the length of the entire house. You could head out in a different direction from The Zion Hideaway House each day for a solid week and still not have enough time to see all the wonders of this area.

It is centrally located between Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Escalante National Monument, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Lake Powell and many more exciting places.

The activities in the area are endless: mountain biking, hiking, star gazing, golfing, mini golf, ATV tours, Horseback tours, Maynard Dixon Art Gallery tours, on and on... The Zion Hideaway House is comfortable, clean, beautiful and the location can't be beat!

SOME BASIC INFO:

~ BASE RATES are for up to 8 people - each additional person is $10.00 each per night. Up to 12 people (kids included) MAXIMUM.

~ **There is a REFUNDABLE $200.00 Security/Damage Deposit required.

~ **There is a non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $150.00+tax.

~ **TripAdvisor charges a percentage of the reservation and keeps it for themselves.

~ Please be respectful of our policies.

~ NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE ALLOWED-period.

~ Sorry - No Pets Allowed.

~ Short Term Rental Agreement must be agreed upon before booking.

How do damage deposits work?

If R & C (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
