Your Island Paradise - Large ground floor unit with all new Island furniture. Blind Pass Unit E106 is in one of the closest buildings to the sand and Gulf, with screened lanai that offers an easy walk to the beach. Blind Pass Condominiums are bordered by private homes and a county park, so the complex and beach have a secluded tropical feel compared to other areas of the Island.
It is available for weekly rentals - Saturday to Saturday.
The condo is a short walk to the beach on a private footbridge over the beautiful lagoon. Bowman’s Beach has often been rated one of the best beaches in the country, known for shelling, wildlife and amazing sunsets.
Beautiful lush landscaping adds to the Island atmosphere. Enjoy the large pool (heated in the cooler months), three pickleball courts/two tennis courts, clubhouse with computers for all to use and grilling area for those outdoor meals. Guests can take out complimentary canoes and kayaks to explore the lagoon – see native mangroves, birds, fish, crabs and sometimes even manatees!
Your vacation home has all new furniture with breezy beach feel. Luxurious master suite with tropical furniture and bedding and large master bath. Kitchen has been well stocked to meet all your cooking needs, with new stove, microwave and all the small appliances to make your meals even easier. You and your family can eat at the breakfast bar, dining room table or outdoor lanai.
Unit also has unique patio area with a comfortable glider for sunning or enjoying your coffee in the morning! 3 TVs-all flat screen with HD, 3 DVD players, stereo with CD and I-pod, ceiling fans and new window treatments throughout. Condo sleeps 6, with luxurious King bed, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two queens in the second bedroom.
Equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach cart, toys for the kids, DVDs and books - even games for a rainy day. Non-smoking. High speed Internet accessible from unit.
