Available year round for enjoyment in style. Features 1 master bedroom with a King bed, a set of single bunk beds, and one bedroom with a Queen bed. Two private bathrooms. Beach stairs only 3 houses over to Stone Steps Beach and a jacuzzi on your private deck. Two car parking off street in driveway. Fantastic views from living room, dining room and kitchen! Soaring ceilings, knotty pine, and a fireplace. This gorgeous home is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway, (not too close), but easy walk to down town Encinitas, and to restaurants, boutiques, with immediate access to the Moonlight Beach white sandy beaches. Moonlight State Beach, has permanent lifeguard headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. A focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. Neptune Ave is a location for a relaxing beach vacation within city limits! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while enjoying the jacuzzi spa watching the boats, dolphins, surfers and cruise ships daily. Beautifully landscaped exterior. The kitchen is fully equipped, with many extras. The living room faces the the sunset ocean views. The patio has a dining table for 6, is just outside the indoor dining table. A BBQ for those wonderful meals enjoyed with sounds of the ocean and gentle breezes. Comfortable seating arrangement with cable and new large flat panel TV and fireplace in the living room. The formal dining room is also on the oceanfront side of the home, Get your chilled wine, or tropical iced tea, and sit back- Blender, is provided for those that prefer a margarita or blended smoothie. Response from the manager Thank you for this very detailed review, as it is great to have notes to address if needed, Eileen appreciates your remembering her in your notes. The only thing that I would say is if you stay on the coast in San Diego, there is a train that runs about 1/2 to 1 mile from the properties that are oceanfront. They run up and down the coast from Del Mar, all through the beach communities to the north, to Oceanside to the north. I don't ever hear any complaints about the train here in Encinitas. I understand that some visitors may be sensitive. The train does not run "every few minutes", particularly at night, maybe twice- these are the big long commercial trains that run after about 11pm are not frequent like Amtrac or Coaster Trains (which run throughout the day). We do have "memory foam toppers" for comfort on the beds in various properties, which can be removed on request. Our apologies about the dvd not being hooked up during the stay. We recently installed a new smart tv in the living room, so the connection may have been missed. An easy fix. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, and noting that the property may need a wifi booster. (HBO- didn't know it was advertised here, but will address this). We certainly welcome you returning to this property, or any of those that we advertise in Encinitas. Thank you again for your considerate, thorough and thoughtful review.
