Description

VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS......Montserrat Breezes boasts over 6000sf of living spaces, all with incredible ocean and sunset views. This villa is maintained to high standards with manicured tiered gardens, abundant flowering and fruit bearing trees including mangos, grapefruit, guava, lime, avacado, coconut, and banana to name a few. 4 king suites and a twin bed suite each have private baths. Upstairs is a fully stocked kitchen with outdoor seating. Downstairs is a 2nd full kitchen serving the large (20' X 30") pool with padded lounge chairs. Montserrat Breezes offers incredible privacy and is near the entrance to the famous hiking trails of Montserrat. The villa is a short walk to Runaway Ghaut and is close to Woodlands Beach. This villa was purchased from one of America's wealthiest families and updated to provide our guests with a very comfortable and unique vacation experience. It offers many choices for indoor, outdoor, covered or uncovered areas to relax. Prepare to go back in time to the '60's -70's when everything seemed to move at a different pace (but with today's modern conveniences).

Montserrat Breezes is in the "safe zone" and has never been deemed "Off limits" due to volcanic activity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
