At Copperwynd Resort. A quiet retreat minutes from Scottsdale on the ridge over looking Fountain Hills. The best of both worlds, city &country. Small town charm & big city events. Gorgeous grounds, outdoor pools, mountain views., fantastic restaurant with world class views. We are about 10 minutes drive to Mayo clinic and a 5 minute drive to the world famous fountain. Hiking is right outside your door. Monthly rates are available.
Imagine the sun glowing on your skin as you sit outside on a warm winters morning sipping your coffee or chai latte on the deck before you head to the links. The villa is nestled in the McDowell mountains on the edge of Scottsdale and features three spacious patios, providing both mountain and city views from the highest ridge permitted for development by the city of Fountain Hills. We chose this specific location because it experiences a lot of day time sun during the winter months. This is the perfect vacation spot for a family get together, a girls' spa & shopping holiday or a guys' golf trip.
The resort at Copperwynd is the most exclusive boutique resort in Fountain Hills, which is one of the most affluent towns in Arizona. Please check with the resort about use as it is separate from our rental. Conde Nast magazine rated the Spa at Copperwynd the best day spa Arizona has to offer. Dine at the five-star Flourish Restaurant after treating yourself to one of the day Spa's many treatments. As of Fall 2015, the resort has had a major renovation with a new restaurant, gym, pool and more. It is beautiful. Take a workout at the state-of-the-art gym, try some Pilates, yoga, spinning or zumba in the fitness studio. Swim in one of the two salt water swimming pools or just relax in the outdoor hot tub, and then walk across the road to Sunridge Canyon Golf Club and driving range for a challenging links-style golf experience that winds through the desert estates of Fountain Hills. Or drive one mile to Eagle Mountain Golf Course, featuring breathtaking views spanning the Phoenix valley for over 40 miles. Both of these courses and the Wa-Kee-Pa course 10 minutes away, have been rated numerous times among the top 10 courses of Scottsdale.
The nearest pool is located about a 5 minute drive away at Peaks Fitness. It is an outdoor heated pool open all year round, though pool season is normally March to October.
At the time of writing this Oct 2018, the cost is a day pass is $10 and a weekly pass is $30. Each pass gives you full access of the gym and the aquatic facility which includes the pool, steam room and sauna. The day pass gives you access from the time you purchase until closing time same day
The Monthly rates are as follows plus tax, cleaning and fees.

November 1 - Dec 15 Monthly Rate - 6600USD
December 16 - June - 7600USD
Yearly Lease Available for $2900 a month.

“Fabulous spacious dog friendly condo”
The location is fabulous. We enjoyed sunsets overlooking the mountains from our balcony. The condo is very spacious and dog friendly. We look forward to returning next year!
