This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house provides the perfect relaxing home-base for your Puerto Rican beach vacation. Relax on the porch enjoying the quiet neighborhood surroundings or surf the Internet in air conditioned comfort after a day of beach-bumming or sight-seeing. Enjoy modern amenities that provide the comforts and conveniences of home within minutes of some of Puerto Rico's best beaches and golf courses.

The business traveler will find this home conveniently close to industry in both Isabela and Aguadilla. The quiet, upscale neighborhood provides the perfect home away from home.

Looking for a good nights sleep? We have all new mattresses except for the twin beds. We receive many comments about how comfortable our beds are. We also have a ceiling fan in every room. A/C is in master bedroom and across the hall from the other bedrooms. If it is hot at night just use the floor fan to increase a/c flow to the bedrooms.

- Utilities Note: Due to the current situation of the Island there is a chance of having power surges or water shortage during your stay. There is no backup system for these services. We do not issue refunds for these type of situations which are out of our control.

We highly recommend renting a car as public transportation is very limited.

The house is beautiful inside and out as well as very welcoming. Once inside the kids raced to pick out their bedrooms for the week. All the bedrooms are very spacious with huge closets. The house and property are well kept and clean. We had no problems using the wifi or our cell phones. The air conditioning was great after a long day of fun in the sun. We never had any problems with running out if hot water for showers or laundry for our family of four. The house is only minutes from the highway, but far enough away to be a peaceful place to stay. We definitely made this our home away from home. The owners Julie and Bryan were very helpful answering all of our questions and were a true delight to work with. The entire family had a fabulous time and cannot wait until we can go back again!

Our stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico was absolutely Heaven!! The neighbors/neighborhood was extremely pleasant with wonderful people. You feel right at home with all of the amenities close by. We really didn't eat out much, due to having local grocery stores nearby and having all of the cooking utensils needed in the home. Plenty of room in this house to accommodate a large family. It was a wonderful getaway. We are definitely planning on returning and would love to rent this home, again! Thanks, Julie and Brian for accommodating us on our first Tropical vacation, we met some great people and have made life long friendships. You were very easy to visit with, as well as giving us plenty of maps to local beaches, eateries, stores, golf courses and more!!

Staying here was just like staying at home. This house had every thing I could possibly need while being away from home. Very clean, and most of all peacefull. Great location to beaches and town. The local bakeries were my favorite find of the time I spent here. Working with the Hanson's was also a great experience! Hands down I would do it again!

How do damage deposits work?
