Beautiful home for rent in Punta Mita, Mexico. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living quarters, washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Ocean views in living room, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen. All utilities included, local telephone and Vonage, wifi, large tv with satellite, dvd with available movie cd's in living room and bedrooms. Maid service and linen change every three days. Beach entrance directly in front of the house leads to beautiful white sand beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, surf fishing or just relaxing on the beach with a good book. A short walk (5 minutes) takes you to one of our many beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy a great Margarita while whale and bird watching.

Punta Mita is located about 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and is a small tranquil fishing village with excellent restaurants, and a variety of watersports. Walking distance to convenience stores, buses, and some of the best surf breaks in the state. The village has a choice of surf shops that rent boards, paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, yoga classes, and surf/paddle board instruction for the beginner .Also, fishing and diving expeditions are avaliable. Near Sayulita and other fascinating villages in the area. This is the perfect home for a family or couples getaway. sleeps 8.
