And there is one step up to the house from the driveway and then five steps down to the apartment that persons with physical limitations could find challenging.
We have designed our backyard to provide a great place to relax and entertain. There’s plenty of seating area, a BBQ, large table with umbrella, and a big fish pond with a water feature to provide a peaceful ambience.

A few stairs take you down to the actual entrance of the apartment with its own entry door. “Convenient location and comfortable”
I am quite pleased with our rental in Seattle. Larry and Suzi were very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and a quiet escape from the noise of a large city. Add to all that easy access to public transportation and close proximity to where I needed to be, I could not have asked for more. I would definitely stay here again.
“Beautiful apartment with friendly and helpful hosts in Larry and Suzie”
I really loved my stay in the Brass Bed Guestroom. All amenities were clean, comfortable and Larry and Suzie were so helpful with directions to surrounding attractions. When Uber cancelled my ride, Larry drove me to the light rail station. As a solo traveller, I felt safe staying in the Guestroom and it's an easy walk to the bus to downtown, a great pub, Thai restaurant and coffee shop. I can recommend this apartment with ten stars out of ten. Thank you to my wonderful hosts.
