Description

My property may show available but please allow me to confirm these dates prior to a reservation request or organizing your flights since your desired dates may create gaps of less than a week on either side of your stay that are difficult to fill.. This is a magnificent property so I do not want to disappoint you if I cannot work with your dates and prior to booking your flights you may have the flexibility to arrive sooner or leave earlier. Also cleaning & resort fees are not included in specials. These charges will be added to the total cost when specials are offered.

Just steps from a sandy beach with every imaginable amenity is our 1200 sq ft contemporary condo with beautiful ocean views. The lazy river is lighted at night to provide a tranquility that flows throw the complex. Professionally decorated the condo includes 3 full bathrooms and two bedrooms containing one King and two extra long double "heavenly beds". Each room has a flat screen panel TV and the kitchen offers every convenience. High speed wireless and movies on demand are offered at no additional cost. A fitness centre, spa and oceanfront restaurant round out the benefits of this 5 star resort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
