Completely furnished with a KING-BedSet in Master Room with Dresser & 32' LCD TV set, also a Second room #2 with a new Queen BedSet and a Dresser unit both with glass doors/full closets and TV, and a Third room with 2-full Beds & Futon that accommodates 3-guests (or 2-adults and 1-kid), all rooms and apartment is A/C and have full size closets, & LCD26' TV sets, spacious balcony with Alfresco Hammock with a gorgeous and relaxing Full Ocean View, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, micro, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV set, DVD, music system, IPod dock.

2-car parking spaces, very secure gated complex with guard house & security 24/7, emergency/electricity generator unit for all the apartment & water cistern.

Great surroundings with local food restaurants, a full marina across the street with daily sail trips on Catamarans to beautiful beaches on the keys, snorkeling, scuba diving and many other relaxing activities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
