The Most Beautiful Spacious Villa On A White Sandy Beach! Near Golf Course!
Please note the villa is opening for renters for the first time in Feb. 2014 following a major renovations and all new furnishings. There will be new photos posted by Feb. 26th showing the pool and other rooms throughout the house.
Our other villa in cozumel and our condo can be seen on home away and vrbo as property numbers 173471 and 3478574. Villa Grace was fully renovated and furnished to be a luxurious, upscale Villa on a white sandy beach in an amazing setting and location.
Tucked away on a secluded sandy beach on the beautiful north shore of cozumel, three miles from town is the spectacular, brand new to the market villa grace. Magnificent oceanfront villa with an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean offers stunning views and a beautiful sandy beach that is literally right outside your door, and virtually your own! With 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms this two story villa makes for an ideal vacation retreat for families, friends or couples. If you are looking for a private oasis to enjoy with friends or family or a romantic getaway right on the beach, you will be delighted.
The living and dining rooms open onto a sprawling patio and your oceanfront is just a few steps away where you’ll discover luxury lounge chairs on the white sandy beach. Relax under the palapa, feel the ocean breeze and enjoy the sound of the sea or simply bask in the warm caribbean sun. The sandy beach outside your door stretches for a long way in both directions, perfect for a morning stroll or gorgeous sunset walk.
The outdoor terrace or the second floor balconies are other locations where you can take in the ocean views and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning, or a margarita in the afternoon and evenings. Or relax at the infinity pool while lounging on a raft or enjoy a swim.
The home is well appointed for large group meals in the dining room, as well as more informal meals on the patio lounge areas. All with the backdrop of the ocean view to set the perfect ambience.
The beach is mostly empty, so you feel very private at villa grace but yet you are only 3 miles from town. It is the perfect combination of privacy with very close proximity to the restaurants and shopping Cozumel offers.
The location of the villa is unbeatable and the spaciousness, luxury and attention to details in every room will make you certain that you feel right away relaxed and ready to leave your stress behind.
Many owners use big words to describe their homes, I assure you, that we spare nothing to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. We are a touch above in cozumel. We have two other properties in cozumel that are cared for in the same way. Our staff and manager will great you and make sure you are taking care of in the most gracious way, as if you are one of their family members.
4 king beds, and 2 double beds, wifi throughout the villa, air conditioning, cable tv, luxury linens, cooking service is available for additional charge. Maid service daily is included in the weekly prices.

“Villa Grace”
