HOW FAR TO THE BEACH?

Clearwater Beach is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the condo but there is also beach access the next street over at the Sheppard's Beach Bar. It's about a 2 minute walk. Florida Free Rides will also drive you to the beach or anywhere you like on the beach for FREE or the trolley come by every 20 minutes on the next street over.

This studio condo, combines the intimacy of a studio apartment with the sense of a one bedroom unit. The layout with the bedroom area with 2 Queen beds and a desk separated from the living room area makes this one of the more desirable studios. The room darkening front room curtains provide an extended morning snooze. The condo is located on the second floor and overlooks the pool. The building does have an elevator. There is 1 assigned free parking space with additional parking on the street.

The entertainment center includes an 32" HD flat screen TV with integral DVD player, DVD movies, WIFI, and board games.

The kitchenette, with a refrigerator, four burner stove, oven and microwave is the perfect size for a small breakfast, quick lunch or reasonable dinner. This is the only rental unit in the building with an oven. Plenty table and counter space to enjoy your meal or partake in a board game.

In the bedroom area, there is a desk with a high speed Internet, wifi.

The walk-in closet/bathroom has a separate vanity area, hair dryer and iron

The balcony has a view of the private grounds with an available bar-b-que and patio table, the pool and the Intracoastal Waterway. There is coin laundry on the 4th floor.

Within close proximity you will find several restaurants and beach shopping. The white sand of Clearwater Beach is about a three block, 10 minute walk away. A 20 minute walk takes you up to Pier 60 and the Clearwater Marina where you can arrange all sorts of things to do out on the Gulf or the Intracoastal Waterway. Beach access is also available on the next street over behind Sheppards. It's about a 2 minute walk and is a great spot to listen to some beach music, watch the dolphins and sunsets

The Condo is located in the most desirable area of Clearwater Beach (South Beach) The condo is in a very quiet, safe location but is also within walking distance to all the action. Restaurants, night clubs, Tiki bars, miniature golf, are all on the next street over. The Jolly trolley stop is on the next street over and will take you on a tour of Clearwater Beach and Sand Key park. A dog play area is also in Sand Key Park. Stop off at the Marina for the Pirate ship, speed boats, para-sailing, fishing boats and charters. Across the street from the marina is Clearwater Beach. It has a playground, restaurants, ice-cream, fishing Pier and more. Pier 60 has a sunset festival every night from 6 - 9 pm, with music, crafts, food and entertainment. Florida Free Rides will also take you anywhere on the beach for free on large golf carts with ad's on them.

We supply all linens, towels, beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The condo is supplied with a starter set of toiletries. You can purchase additional items at 1 of the 2 convenience stores that are within walking distance from the condo
