Paloma is a deluxe beach villa on the Riviera Maya.

A panoramic ocean view from all vantage points on one side of this estate and the entrance side of this villa a tropical jungle with a cenote on the street side the villa.

Inside the villa a double stairway entrance greets the guests upon entry into the villa. The kitchen is a chef's delight capable of accommodating the largest of festivities, and yet provides the intimacy of small parties. A special room on the main floor to share the tequilas and beverages of choice to quench the thirst and surrounded by the colourful blue ocean.

The three bedrooms on the first floor all have a King size bed and its own AC. They are all magnificent with either views of the reef off shore or with the sights and fragrances of soft breeze from the jungle. The fourth bedroom "independant Casita" (at additional Cost) has a Queen size bed and a sofa, a kitchenette, AC and its own bathroom.

All necessary links to the world are available. Wi-Fi is available thru out the villa with internet. Docking for your favourite music and US satellite TV is included.

The Jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool designed to accommodate everyone, no matter the age. Outdoor showers by the pool enable a refreshing rinse while feasting on the view of this tropical


During the stay daily maid services, daily beach and gardening services, and managing services are made available.

The villa is located 10 minutes from Tulum shopping and dining; and, only

40 minutes from the thriving night life of Playa del Carmen. There is no other location on the entire Mayan Riviera with such a distinction as offered by Villa Paloma.

The Tulum Ruins were one of the last cities inhabited and built by the Mayas; it was at its height between the 13th and 15th centuries and managed to survive about 70 years after the Spanish began occupying Mexico.
