At high tide the water laps under the huge private deck making you feel almost like you are on a boat. Jump in the water and swim or float away or just sit on the deck and listen to the sound of the water. Or, walk back inside through the wall of glass sliders which make the outdoor space seem to merge with the indoor space. You can see the water from everywhere - the living room, the cute dining area, the kitchen, the bedroom area, even standing in the large bathroom looking out while you are standing at the sink.

The interior is almost 600 square feet of open space, comfortably and creatively furnished with folk art pieces, the owners' own artwork and nice furniture including a new comfortable L shaped couch and cushy armchair. Sit back and enjoy the sun through the overhead skylight spanning the entire width of the living room and experience the warmth of the wide-plank pine flooring throughout or enjoy the large screen cable TV.

There are electrically-powered shutters for extra privacy and room darkening as well as curtains, and a fireplace to take the chill off or for ambiance. The kitchen is gourmet-sized and stocked, featuring a five-burner, stainless-steel stove and new custom tangerine Corian countertop. Eat or cook inside or outside on the Weber grill, the choice is yours.

Cozy, warm, inviting, and relaxing, right on the water. Near all the historic and fun Provincetown activity, but at the same time away from it all. That is what your westend waterfront wonder-studio will offer you.

As indicated above the most convenient way to get around in Ptown is by bike or on foot. But there is a local bus to the main sites as well as pedicabs or taxicabs.

Interaction with guest

I have an apt. upstairs from this rental. I am there off and on depending on whether I am out at my partner's place in Truro. I love to meet tenants and happy to offer help or just have a conversation when the opportunity arises. On the other hand I understand that many guests want their privacy so I totally respect that and leave the choice up to you.
