Description

Great view from every window, lots of room for a Family get - together, and a private setting. Mary's lake view from the decks and master bedroom, Mountain view from all bedrooms and living areas.

Five Bedrooms, a king in the main floor master bedroom, one queen in the second main floor bedroom.

Three bedrooms down stairs, bedroom three has two twins, bedroom four has a king, bedroom five has a king and a twin bed.

Downstairs theater room has a queen sleeper sofa and one twin sleeper sofa. There is a roll-away,and two Pac-N-Play cribs.

Three full baths, two on the main level and one down stairs, all are tub and shower combination.

The location is perfect to launch into Rocky Mountain National Park, a five minute 2.5 mile ride to the park entrance. Downtown Estes Park is five minutes away, 2.9 miles to Bond Park at the center of town, and all of Estes Park's fine dining and entertainment venues within fifteen minutes.

Lots of deck space and log deck furniture for enjoying the view and wildlife.

Amenities include wifi, computer and printer, flat screen tv in main floor living room and a 120 inch projection tv in the lower level "theater room". Both tvs have Satellite receivers, dvd players, Netflix, and video libraries. The Theater tv also has two x-box 360s,(one for Kinect and one for Rock Band and Halo) the Wii, of course, and popular games. No property has as many entertainment options. The kids usually take over the theater room downstairs while the adults relax upstairs where its quiet.

For those who love to cook, a very well equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops and too many appliances to mention here. Ask for a list! You will love cooking with a view.

A log dining table seats eight, and two six foot folding tables and eleven stacking chairs can be brought out for dining events. We have matching china and flatware for 16.

Central air conditioning, for the few days you may need it.

Books, games, puzzles, for adults and kids. Fly and spin cast fishing gear (You will need a license if you are older than five).

Three gas grilles, two stainless grilles on the south deck by the kitchen, and a grille on the lower level covered patio is it rains.

A cooler and camp chairs in case you might want to go on a picnic.

This property books up early, especially May through September.

Check in after 4pm check out 10 am, early check in/late check out will be offered if it is available.
