Description

We have just renovated this property. Everything is new, new, new. We have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your use with complimentary coffee and tea. Washer and dryer in the home. Flat screen TV's in all the rooms with cable and free Wi-Fi. The house has a wrap around deck with a gas grill and plenty of privacy. We are just a few miles from the center of Sedona with shopping and restaurants right around the corner. We are also walking distance from Bell Rock trailhead. Check in is 3:00 P.M. and check out is 11:00 A.M.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dona (the owner) a message.

If Dona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
