Please note that the Alexander has two outdoor pools. The smaller pool located on the upper deck is closed due to renovation.

. .This top of the line apartment is located in the Alexander Ocean Front resort hotel. In the heart of mid Miami Beach, approximately 2 miles from the center of South Beach. Walking distance to the Eden Roc and Fountainblu Hotels. Just minutes away from Bal Harbor Mall, Tons of shopping, as well as many other attractions and restaurants.. The property has direct access to the beach through the pool area.

Apartment 721 on the seventh floor newly renovated is a luxury signature suite. 1200 sq. ft. large 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps up to 6 guests. A corner apartment with 25 ft. balcony with views of the ocean to the East, and Intercoastal waterway views to the West. The apartment has Southern exposure which has all day sun, and beautiful evening sunsets.

Linen and towels are provided at check in. A $25 fee is charged for a change of towels.

Cleaning service is available for a daily fee of $65. (change of towels is included)

A penalty of $100 per night per guest will be charged if determined that more than authorized number of guests occupied unit.
