“Feels like Home”
The Grafton Inn is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. It reminds me of an old bed and breakfast and is well suited for families, friends, reunions, etc. All of the bedrooms have full bathrooms attached and in most bedrooms you can open your eyes in the morning for the sunrise and look straight out onto the ocean - you can't beat that! It is roomy enough that you can still have your privacy in the enclosed porch or backyard. The BBQ grill is brand new and big enough to feed the whole house. The beach right across the street is great for lounging, playing, running, and swimming. The finish line for the Falmout Road Race is right down the street and it is located very close to town that has some great shopping and restaurants.
The last family reunion was fabulous and looking forward to an equally awesome one this year. The Inn is so spacious and comfortable with incredible views of the water...the amenities are wonderful and Grafton Inn conveys a message of a relaxing, good time as soon as you arrive. Very much anticipating this year's stay...Toby from Silver Spring,MD
We had a an awesome tim at the last family reunion we had at the Grafton Inn. The accomodations were amazing. Everything was top notch, very clean. The beach views were fantastic. Looking forward to another reunion at the Inn this summer.
“Great house, amazing location”
We've stayed at the Grafton Inn several times over the last few years and enjoyed every minute of it! Wonderful location right on the ocean, views from every room and a fantastic porch where we spent hours hanging out morning and night, any time of the year. Perfect location for a nice run along the beach. Highly recommended.
Our family searched through several websites to find a home that would accommodate all of our needs. We found the perfect home-The Grafton Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and are in the mist of planning another trip in the future! The up keep of the home, location and bedroom sizes made it the most ideal situation for us!
“Great place for a large family reunion”
Great location. There is plenty pf room for socializing and/or being alone. There could be some up dating of furiture but the Inn is basically very good. Biggest improvement would be some enlatgement of closet in front bedroom on ground floor.Ouside maintenance could be improved a bit.
“Annual Christmas Gathering”
This was our sixth year of renting the home for a week at Christmas time. We love the fact that every bedroom has its own bath and most have a view of the water. We put tables together and can fit 16 comfortably in the dining room. We love the sunporch and played many games of mah jong. Had a warm week (after the snowstorm) and enjoyed walking on the beach looking for sea glass and the children enjoyed the town playground. The house is well equipped with dishes (and wine glasses!). A new furnace and new windows made it warm and cozy.
“A Vacation Home away from Home”
September 2011 will be our 4th year renting Cape Cod Oceanfront, We couldn't feel more comfortable if we were in our own home. 8 Lifelong friends knowing each other since 1946 have found a home for our group that meets every criteria that we could hope for. From the immaculate condition of the house to the homy furniture in this beautiful 1890's house. We hope we can spend many more years enjoying the hospitality of Felicia and Matt
