A Memorable Experience's, Spectacular Views, comfort and everything you need to support your stay in Homer.

The property offers a house and a cottage for rent. Both are very private. Rent one, or both for a discount.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet park-like private setting just 8 minutes from downtown Homer. Close to the best hiking trails and all the beauty that Homer has to offer.

There is an eagle's nest nearby and lots of nature surrounds you. Great walks and unique photographic opportunities outside your door. There are no homes in front of your view plane. Moose, sandhill cranes and eagles often come for a visit.

The House

Spacious comfortable home provides comfort, privacy and unobstructed views of the Homer Spit, glaciers, mountains and Kachemak Bay from every room. There are fantastic decks on both levels, emerald green lawn and gardens around the property. The BBQ area is in a natural setting, making it a peaceful place to enjoy your fresh catch.

The house is perfect for a large family or even 2 small families, a group of fisherman or a small retreat.

Rate is based on 6 people.

Upper level of the House with Master Bedroom

Over 1200 square feet.

Large Master Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, antique furniture, walk- in closet, private bath, study with fireplace, picture window living room, fully equip kitchen and dinning area. The upstairs deck are a bonus!

There is a futon in the upstairs study, perfect for one extra adult or 2 small children

Lower Level

Two spacious bedrooms each sleep 1-3 people comfortably with a king-size bed and comfortable day bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedrooms are accented in burgundy and warm greens with an Alaskan theme. There is a convenient kitchenette, dining room and sitting area, as well as a outdoor seating perfect for entertaining.

The house is perfect for a large family or even two small families, a group of fishermen or a small retreat.

$400/night (based on 6 people)

$25 each additional person after 6.

Private, two-bedroom one bath cottage, sleeps up to four. Great for a family, two couples or 4 fisherman. Extra special for one couple.

This deluxe darling cottage is 575 square feet. Enjoy Spectacular Views of Kachemak Bay, the mountains and glaciers from this clean, comfortable cottage.

The rooms are spacious and there is a fully equip kitchen. Incredible birding, photo opportunities, and hiking await you outside your door.

$175 a night when rented separately or $100 a night when you rent the whole property.
