Completely renovated and modernized in 2013. Everything is updated, including the bathrooms, kitchens and furniture. The apartment is an oversized duplex and boast approximately 2000 square feet (186+ sq meters) of living space and has a generous common area allowing for a relaxing social experience. The apartment is a mix of old world charm and new contemporary flair, complemented by high ceilings, oversized windows, marble fire mantels and brick walls.

The apartment features four generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with hotel quality linens. The living room, dining room and kitchen areas are open concept with plenty of seating and a plasma screen television. The dining area seats eight comfortably. The kitchen is open format with additional counter seating.

The apartment has its own washer/dryer. Each bathroom has a bathtub and shower featuring tiled walls and floors which provide both a clean look and hygienic environment. The apartment is uncluttered and professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.
