Description

Centrally located to everything from shopping to entertainment in Destin, Florida, this 2400 square foot town home has it all. Directly on the beach, your backyard is the sand and ocean! This large property is great for couples or several families.

With three levels and three private decks everyone can have some privacy. The property is constantly maintained and comes supplied with everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation on the beach. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an area directly on the beach that can be converted into a fourth bedroom; has a closet, TV, door that closes it off from the third bedroom and the third full bath.

Great view of the beach and you can hear the waves. The master suite has its own two sink private bath, the two additional bedrooms have either a full or a queen bed. The beach level bedroom and the fourth convertible area share the third bath. The town home has two fully stocked kitchens and a commercial ice maker in the beach level kitchen.

We are within walking distance to several restaurants, Captain Dave's on the Gulf is a five minute or less walk away and it is also right on the beach.
