Welcome to this beautifully furnished studio condominium with ocean views one can only dream about. If you are looking for paradise; look no further… you have found it! If you have done your research on vacation rental properties, it's time to forget the rest... and stay at the best!!!This immaculate studio for two is located on top of a hill in Sapphire Village, on the East End of St. Thomas, USVI, in the most awesome location on the island, in Red Hook.

The studio comes with ever amenity you can think of, to make it YOUR tropical island dream home, away from home. Whether you prefer to wake up and smell the coffee to a Caribbean sunrise or to chill out and relax with a blender full of tropical daiquiris, this place has it all!

A short walk down a hill filled with tropical flora, around past the marina, you will discover your backyard paradise, also known as...Sapphire Beach!I am confident that you will absolutely love my condo. It's situated in such a great location... a short stroll to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the town of Red Hook, where there's good food, drink, and entertainment, as well as the ferry to St. John (2/3rds of the island is preserved National Park).

I have a King Size Bed, 39" HDTV, and DVD player, with free DVDs in the condo office. I have all the appliances you need.. Blender, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, iron, etc. I have plenty of beach towels, beach lounge chairs, a cooler, etc., etc. For Internet access, my building has an internet signal in the condo association office.

Footsteps away from my condo are 2 swimming pools as well. There's also a laundry room that accepts tokens for washing and drying, which may be purchased in the office. Once you reserve, I will send you additional important information about my condo, as well as fun things to do, places to go, how to get around, etc.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback. My apologies if you did not appreciate all the communications. They are meant to help and not to be a burden. In order for all of my guests to have the best possible experience, signs have become a necessity. The signs are so future guests do not have broken, damaged, or missing appliances, utensils, beach chairs, etc., as well as clean, unstained towels. Many guests have commented how clean the condo has been. The signs have helped keep the condo and its contents clean and undamaged. The signs also serve as friendly reminders to current guests so that they do not have unnecessary deductions from their security/damage deposits. Since this is a personal residence and not a hotel, we also try to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed by doors slamming and alarm clocks ringing for hours or days after guests leave. As far as paperwork, all that is required is a signed agreement and payment. The rest of the paperwork is sent via email and is mostly informational. Guests usually find this very helpful and informative. My communications include friendly check-in & checkout reminders, since my guests have so much on their minds leading up to their arrival and prior to leaving. I hope your trip to St Thomas was enjoyable and that you had a wonderful vacation.
