Upscale 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Pavilion Watch with unobstructed ocean views. Each bedroom has a private bath with flat screen tv's in all bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and two twins in the 3rd bedroom. Living room has comfortable furniture and a 50" flat screen tv. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and dining space for 6. High speed, secure wireless internet. Large balcony with overlooking the Atlantic ocean. All bed linens and bath towels are furnished. The condominium complex has an outdoor pool & hot tub, gated parking, elevator, and paved beach access directly in front of the property. Short drive to Charleston, SC. The condo is within walking distance of all shops & restaurants in Folly Beach and 1/2 block from the Folly Beach pier. Rates vary by season and there is minimum number of nights stay which also varies by season. Rates are subject to 15% SC tax and $130.00 cleaning and linens fee. $300.00 refundable security deposit.
