Treat yourself to this amazing upper level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath 'Craftsman Style' beach condo on the beautiful California Riviera. This ocean and pool view unit is located on the bluffs of the Dana Point headlands. It sleeps 6 comfortably and has been uniquely upgraded to accommodate the California lifestyle.

**Due to a recent ban of for short-term rentals by the city of Dana Point, I am only allowed one renter per 30 days. Some seasonal pricing my show a lower minimum stay, but that is just due to pricing table limitations. Guests can stay fewer than 30 days, but I must block out the full 30 day period per customer. That means if it's off-season, I can quote you for only the dates you are actually at the unit, but still issue a 30-day contract. Nightly prices would also be ~15% higher for shorter stays. Share the beach with the famous Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel and enjoy the great amenities. The local beach directly below the condo is bordered by the Dana Point Headlands to the South and the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel (one of the ten best hotels in the world) to the North. The Ritz side of the beach boasts the popular 'Gravels' surf site at 'Salt Creek', Monarch Links Golf Course and beautiful Salt Creek park, which has trails, great views, public BBQs, rest room facilities and a snack bar. Numerous benches and overlooks provide views of gray whale migration routes, Catalina Island and the coastline.

Getting around

The main part of town is walking distance from the unit and most of the city has free street parking. Thanks to the tremendous support, growing ridership and valuable feedback received from the community, the City is thrilled to offer the most expansive Free Dana Point Trolley route to date for the Summer program, beginning on the first week of June – Labor Day. There is a route and stops map in the unit.

Interaction with guest

Access is provided using a digital door lock combination and contact with guests will be minimal. Owner will always be available by phone and there are local neighbors that can help out should a problem arise.

“Great location in awesome surrounding”

We (2 adults, 3 teenagers) spent a beautiful week in Villa Tortuga on our round trip through Southwest-US. The condo was equipped with everything and more than we expected; it has a personal touch, everything (booking, payment, access, all arrangements,...) worked perfectly. The view to the ocean, the loggias, rooms, bathrooms, technical equipment, quietness etc. were the basis for a great time on the Pacific coast. The area around was well-maintained on a very high level, people were very friendly. Beach, pool, marina were really great. We would love to come back some days.

The condo was more beautiful than the pictures! What a great haven for my husband and I and our four teenagers. The kids loved the pool & beach. We loved the kitchen/living area. It was well stocked, beautifully done and a wonderful place to call home for a week. The convenience of the washer & dryer cannot be overstated with the kids. I also had wifi and the desk with the computer station so I could keep connected to my office - a necessity. Thank you Gus!
