Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Watch the local wild life while drinking coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. After a lovely day on the beach, sight seeing, or socializing, come home to serenity and nature. You have best of both worlds, the quiet of the country and yet close enough to the beach and town to dine, explore or do what your heart desires.

The house easily sleeps six people. The master bedroom is air conditioned with a king size bed, private bathroom, TV, and offers a view of the ocean at sunrise. Bedroom #2 is air conditioned also. has a queen size bed. The living room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD player, and a futon. The fully equipped kitchen looks out onto the balcony with a lovely view to the ocean which has a dining table, bar, lounge chairs, tall table & chairs, and a 24” TV. We are only five minutes from the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, ever-popular Kioskos—a stretch of restaurants and bars offering local, ethnic and traditional cuisine. El Yunque Rain Forest—the only rain forest in the U.S. forestry service—is only a few minutes down the road. Horseback riding, zip lining, go-carts, and ATV rentals are only a 10-minute drive away. The Bioluminescent Bay, ferry to Culebra and Vieques island, golf and casino are only 10 min from the villa at the windham gran resort. San Juan is only 12 miles to the west where you can visit El Morro and San Cristobal forts, the Bacardi Factory, and enjoy the many shops and sites in the old city.

Response from the owner Dear friends and possible rentals. I will answer this in the most respectful way posible. first I invite you to read the previous reviews which essentially clarifies most of the lies that this pair of problematic comment. regarding the hot water in the sink is the first time since 2010 that somebody complained about this, no one had complained about something silly like that. second, on the stove oven seems ridiculous that I throw a stove that cost 800.00 approximately just because the oven does not work. Thirdly I never thought that washing dishes is so traumatic and disturbing for a person. in Puerto Rico 90% percent of the houses do not have dishwasher. fourthly air conditioners are with timers since most rental come to know the island and go out all day and leave the air conditioning on. in Puerto Rico one of the highest rates in the world on electricity rates.referring to the blender. this is the main reason why they wrote this review this problematic couples the second day of there stay I visit them to change the beeper of the gate. they welcome me and I was told that they were happy with the property and they did not comment anything about there discomfort. is when I get to the property and did the inspection of the accessories I realized that the blender did not work. I personally use it before they arrived. if any breaks or gets damage on any rentals stay unfortunately they have to pay those are the rules. on the breeze and fans and all this nonsense comments. I say in Puerto Rico the temperature is 90 degrees on a normal day if you do not like the warmth of the caribbean this beautiful island is not for you. excuse my sincerity this couple They lied and exaggerated most of this review.
