Description

We invite you to be our guests in our remodeled and upgraded condo studio. We installed a beautiful tile flooring through-out the entire unit; granite counter tops in kitchen, bath, and vanity area as well as a tiled walk in shower in bathroom equipped with a toilet. All this yet still maintaining it's island quaintness.

We are located on the western shores of Maui in the beautiful laid back city of Kihei where you can enjoy the beautiful sea breezes flowing through the unit. It is available for one, two or three people. This quiet location is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach which is perfect for catching our beautiful island sunsets or reading a good book.

Our condo is enhanced by a private lanai overlooking a beautiful garden & tennis court at the Kihei Bay Surf condos in a very quiet area away from the street noise. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening toast.

Our unit features a very comfortable queen size bed and a sleeper sofa that opens to a queen mattress. Our bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and our kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized fridge, stove & oven, a dishwasher and a microwave as well as toaster, coffee machine, pots/pans, dishes, and serving ware. This charming studio has a ceiling fan, A/C, cable television, FREE high speed wifi internet connection, and a Blue Ray DVD player for your convenience.

The complex is built around a central courtyard with most units facing into the landscaped area. The buildings are low rise (only two stories). In addition to a swimming pool, the grounds feature a hot-tub, tennis court, and a BBQ area with gas grills. A coin-operated laundry room is conveniently located on the grounds. There is one free parking space provided for all our guests.

Across the street is a small whale sanctuary park with viewing telescopes and educational displays. The park has shade trees, picnic tables, and a shallow lagoon for swimming. There are also archaeological displays of the ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and a village site.

Sugar Beach is located just a couple of minutes by foot down Kihei Road, from where you can walk or run 3.5 miles along a sandy beach, passing only a few buildings. The swimming beaches of Charley Young, Kamaole I, II and III, and Keavakapu are a very short drive by car or scooter into Kihei. A short drive further south are more secluded beaches as well as the famous, and my favorite, Makena Beach.

If you are coming to Maui, we can provide the perfect base for a relaxing vacation, or a more adventurous exploration of the island's natural beauty. We provide full beach gear for your convenience; large towels, snorkel equipment, Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, Tommy Bahama

“Great place for the price!”

Great location and unit is well located within the complex. All amenities were sufficient. The simple reason for the 4 star rating is overall condition and cleanness. The condo could use an upgrade on cabinets and some furniture, and the caretaker between tenants needs to do a full, detailed cleaning every now and then. Other than this, you can't beat it, especially for the price.
