“Excellent Location”

The location could not have been better. It was conveniently located and easy to find once we got our bearings. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Pier was a great host. He answered all of our questions and then sent us additional recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. We are so glad we opted for a condo rental rather than staying in a hotel. Definitely would recommend this to our friends!

Extremely clean and beautifully appointed flat was perfectly situated to see the sights and visit the markets of Florence. The kitchen has every amenity and all appliances are new and top of the line. No need to scrub the pots before you cook here. The supermarket on the street and the market just around the corner provided us with the fresh ingredients for the best meals. There is even a toaster and a drip coffee maker if you prefer a non-Italian breakfast. Good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The map and directions provided by our host got us on the right track quickly to see the sights. The neighbourhood is safe for an evening walk for a gelati or espresso. The bed was extremely comfortable with extra linens and towels provided. The heat in the flat was adjustable so that the rooms were always the right temperature. The best flat we have ever stayed in when on vacation.

An apartment in Florence is so much better than a hotel room. The Suite Deluxe apartment, though, is so much better than any other apartment. It is situated in a historical building but it totally modern inside. Beautiful large bathroom, king size bed, sleek but comfortable furnishings, a compact but fully equipped kitchen, free wifi and TV. Piero will meet you just outside the building to take you inside and explain all the equipment to you. He was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Be sure to visit the restaurants he suggests. They are excellent.

This property was excellent with lots of attention to detail that was well appreciated. We stayed for 5 days in September. Spacious bedroom with nightstands and lamps, great bathroom with amazing steam shower, and a very well equipped kitchen. Within walking distance from the train station and the center of the city. The buildings from the train station to the apartment have a lot of graffiti but this building is very nice. Market is right next door so very convenient after a day of touring. Could walk everywhere from here.

The great service began before we left home. Soon after completing our booking for the apartment the owner, Piero, sent us lots of information about the apartment and importantly good information about how to get to the apartment when we arrived in Florence. The apartment is very well situated being a short walk from the railway station and within easy reach of the historic heart of Florence. A truly central base from which to explore Florence and to take day trips to Pisa, Siena , San Gimignano, Venice and the surrounding countryside. The apartment itself is very comfortable, very well appointed and easily met all our requirements. We could not have been more pleased with it. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment ax a great place to stay in Florence, it is very good value for money and the owner is truly delightful and caring.

I was staying at suite deluxe in Florence from first to 15th of august this year. A fantastic and modern apartment in the heart of florence with a brand new high level furnishing and really surprising features like a steam sauna in the shower :-)) Not at all the usual "florentine style" with a lot of "patina". The location is in one of the nicest areas in florence, close to san lorenzo and walking distance to the railway station. The guy who is running the place speaks perfectly english and was extremely friendly and very helpful, gave me a lot of good advices. I enjoyed my stay so much and hope to be back very soon.
