Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom cottage, a five minute walk to the beach and only 11/2 blocks from downtown Manzanita, everyone's favorite beach community.Two bedroom one bath home thoughtful arranged to meet the needs of a couple or family. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook a feast. Front room has plenty of comfortable seating ,with DVD & movie library for your enjoyment. Please note there is no cable in this home and the television is used for watching DVD's. Sleeps up to 6 (4 adults & 2 kids). The queen bed is a firm Beautyrest with a 2 inch thick topper to make it very inviting. The second bedroom has a plush hypoallergenic cotton double size bed. The sofa bed is unique in that the mattress is a bit thicker than usual and has no bar down the middle. We value comfortable beds with no morning back pain!

If you would like to bring your well behaved pet prior approval must be made before booking. We welcome one quiet, clean, house trained dog under 20lbs. Your pet must be flea treated and never left unattended in the house. Pet damage (evidence of incontinence in the home, chewing, excessive hair on furniture or tub, fleas...ect.) that happens during a stay may be charged towards the security deposit. We love the those canine companions, just request that they treat our sweet home kindly.

House rules

One flea treated, house trained pet under 30lbs is welcomed during your stay. Prior to pet approval & confirmation of booking the owner kindly requests that the renter email with details of the pet they would like to bring.
For pet stays please bring your own towel to clean your canine friend after walks and a bed for your pet. $25 per pet fee
Animals are to be kept off furniture, never cleaned in the bath tub and please do not put pet clothes or any pet items into the washer or dryer.

If Sage (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
