Description

Only steps from the copper colored sand of Cinnamon Beach, a complete remodel of the inside and outside of this beautiful beach home was finished in August 2013. The remodel included new carpets throughout, all new furniture, new fixtures, and new appliances, combining to create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for family reunions, getaway trips with friends, or simply a vacation that will give you memories lasting a lifetime.

This house is 3 stories, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and over 3700sf of relaxation. The 2013 remodel included the installation of an elevator so you won't have to climb stairs your entire trip.

The 1st floor boasts a quiet bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a living room with a large wide screen HDTV, and a queen size sleeper sofa bed. The rear french doors from the living room and bedroom open onto the large patio area with a gas grill, a soothing water feature and lake views. No need to pack a lot of clothes, because the new washer and dryer are located on this floor. You also have access to the 2 car garage from the 1st floor, holding a bounty of beach toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

Moving to the 2nd Floor, you will find the beautiful front entrance to the home with wide steps leading up from the glass entryway. There is a HUGE Master bedroom with its own double french doors leading to a private balcony with ocean views. You will have your own private bathroom, with a separate shower and soaking tub, as well as your own HDTV that swings out from the wall so that you can watch TV without leaving the comfort of the 4 post king size bed.

Also located on the 2nd floor is a colorful beach themed bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle perfect for the little ones in your group. The top bunk and trundle bed are singles, while the lower bunk is a double bed. Have 4 kids? No problem, they can all easily share this room without feeling cramped. This room has a lake view, its own bathroom with a very large soaking tub and a separate shower. You can watch TV on the HDTV in this room.

You will love the 3rd floor of this beach house. Starting with a second Master bedroom that has a king size bed, a lake view, and its own bathroom with another large soaking tub with separate shower. The shower will not only wash away the sand from your day on the beach, the 4 wall-mounted nozzles will massage any muscles that are sore from playing golf, swimming in the ocean or in 1 of the heated pools, or taking advantage of the fitness center.

The kitchen is also on the 3rd floor and has every convenience needed to prepare a meal worthy of any fine restaurant. With gorgeous dark granite counters, wood cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, including a glass top stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine cooler, you will be able to easily plan your next meal while sipping wine with your friends and family. The dining room table is massive and sits 10 people with ease. The table is bar height so you will have amazing oceanviews while eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The 3rd floor living room has a gas fireplace, a very large HDTV, surround sound entertainment, another queen size sofa bed, and a half bathroom from which you can also see the ocean. Through the double french doors leading off of the living room, you will find yourself on another private balcony with spectacular ocean views. This balcony is perfect for sipping your coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean.

Every floor in this home is easily accessible by the new elevator. There is also free wireless internet accessible on each floor so you can bring all of your electronics with you.

If the house itself was not enough, then you should know that Oliver's Hideaway is within a gated community of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Resort and has a security guard with roving patrol for your peace of mind. The house is so close to the ocean that you will open the windows and hear the surf. You will have access to two (2) heated swimming pools (1 of which is a quiet pool for our adult guests, and the other is a zero entry pool), 2 spas, a kids water splash park, a baby-friendly pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, gameroom, pool table, and café! Still not ready? How about the world-class golf course meandering through the community and known as the Ocean Course, with inspiring ocean-side holes. Stay here and the moment you step into the house your stress will melt away and you will enjoy the wide, cinnamon sand of a quiet family-friendly beach, with all of the amenities of a premier oceanfront resort.
