The Alexander in Miami Beach through Hora Vacation Rentals offers luxury updated apartments directly on the beach. If the unit you selected is already booked and dates show as unavailable, please inquire as we may have other comparable units available.
Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in Mid Beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the boardwalk and beach. It is the perfect spot for singles, families or groups in a friendly and safe community. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach and directly on the same road. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 521 renovated January 2024, is a larger 1200 square ft with 3 bedrooms (convertible 4th bedroom) a bonus room in primary bedroom that can be used as a nursery or for additional sleeping for one with 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and shower comb and the guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Primary bedroom with its own bathroom has 2 Queen size double beds and bonus room as described above. Amazing sunsets with views of the Intracoastal waterways, marina, canal and Miami City skyline views. Guest bedroom has 3 adult size twin beds. We can, upon request, assemble 2 twins to a king double. Queen double bed in 3rd bedroom and converted den has a folding bed. Great room includes living room, dining area, washer dryer and full kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. .

Private Poolside Cabana Available (for up to 6 guests)-
Our new upper-level poolside cabanas are available to rent from us daily 10am - 8pm. Our cabanas for 6 guests each features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Our guests who rent a Hora cabana receive a 10% discount on tiki bar drink and food purchases with a dedicated server. Property Amenities and Surrounding Area Activities-
Your rental includes exclusive use of entire apartment, use of fitness center, concierge, package service, bellhop, Wi-Fi, cable TV expanded channels, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coffee shop, washer/dryer in some apartments or public on each floor, heated swimming pool, hot tubs, pool & beach towels daily, lounges and umbrellas at pool. Pool and beach area has Tiki Bar as well as comfort food service. Room service also available as well as from Uber Eats or Grub Hub and most food delivery services. There is a public children's playground one block north with direct access from walkway behind our property. We arrange and offer for additional fees beach chair rentals and there is water sports available from a beach vendor. There is a salon and day spa located on the 4th floor. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, Jungle Island, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Art Deco district, Wynwood, and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall all within 15-20 minute drive. “All around great!”
We actually stayed in 919 but we all had a blast the apartment was everything we wanted! The balcony was huge and the veiw of the beach was breathtaking
