*Note - we are a City of Hollywood registered vacation rental and this home is designed for 10 adults however a maximum of 8 adults w/4 children can be supported with additional charges applied.

The Ultimate Home! You can enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family at our Hollywood Hills home, totally redone as an Adult 'MEDIA' home with Flat Screen HDTVs in each room (all providing 200+ Digital TV Channels, 46 Digital Music Channels, Extensive On Demand Library, HD-ready DVR receiver with Total Home DVR Service and a Movie Package which includes SHOWTIME, The Movie Channel (TMC), FLIX, STARZ & Encore and a Home Theater room with reclining theater seats, it is well appointed, large and very accommodating with two master suites. Situated on a fenced 1/4 acre lot, we offer a secluded screened in patio with a 15' x 30' heatable swimming pool. The expansive furnished patio will enhance your atmosphere during outdoor meals where you can make use of the outdoor television, refrigerator and gas barbecue grill.

*Please note that this home is located in a residential neighborhood and large parties with numerous cars are never allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

House rules

No more than ten (10) people are allowed to occupy the Vacation Property. At least one (1) occupant must be over the age of 25 and sign the rental agreement. There is an enforced quiet time year round of 10pm to respect the neighbors. Concerning having guests in the home; absolutely no large parties. Should the owners receive noise complaints or the authorities are summoned to the home, the penalty could entail a forfeiture of security deposit and forced eviction from the Vacation Property.
