We (2 adult sons and I) enjoyed the Palmilla Retreat from 27 of Feb to 3rd of March 2015. The property itself is in excellent condition and well furnished. The views from the dining patio and the pool deck were fantatstic. When we arrived, we were greeted by Eve who welcomed us with hot quesadillas and cold beer before showing us around the property. Eve was delightful, we had her come back to prepared a full meal on one of the nights. The meal she prepared was by far the best we had during our stay. Although we did not need, we noticed high chairs, baby gates, etc in the garage. We utilized Paul's concierge services several times to arrange golf, dining and other activities. Finally, the reservation, confirmation and payment process was a breeze and Jeanne was a real pleasure to boot! I highly recommend this property and Elite Destination Homes.

“First rate accomodation”

My wife, daughter and I stayed in this well appointed, beautiful and comfortable villa. We had a fantastic time. The entire planning stage (with Jeanne) was very smooth and our concierge (Paul) was fantastic. We like to cook and they went over and above to stock our extensive list of groceries and spirits prior to our arrival. The villa was well appointed with all appliances etc., we definitely did not do without. At one point the air conditioning went out, but with a quick phone call to Paul the repair guys were there within minutes and had us back up and running again. We felt very looked after and will definitely return again. Thanks for the fantastic time. We recommend this villa. Cheers!

This was the perfect place for our diverse family interests. From staying by the pool at the residence, to walking the nearby beach, using other pools, exploring nearby towns; we all had a relaxing and fun time. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea, with periodic whale showings, was a perfect way to start each day. The kitchen was great and we had fun cooking several nights. Loved the patio, deluxe bathrooms, firepit. We loved everything and can't think of anything negative to say about it!

I really can't say one negative thing about our stay. Everything went smooth - from the time that we first communicated our interest in staying at Villa Pamela to the time we got to the airport to go hom. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
