Description

Four bedroom plus guest casita luxury estate home in gated area of La Punta Estates. The property is "inside " the gates and 1/2 mile to the St. Regis and 1 mile to the Four Seasons. The estate home offers everything you need for the perfect vacation including dedicated concierge, chef for breakfast and lunch, and daily housekeeping.

The oceanfront estate has its own organic garden and even its own sand beach volleyball court. If your surf the Point break is directly out the front door and if you are a golfer we have access to the 16th green of the Bahia course is out the back door.

We have been renting out properties in Punta Mita longer than anyone and we know how to make sure you have a great hassle free vacation. Our home is perfect for families getaways or even small celebrations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
