This three bedroom, three bathroom condominium is right on the beach with access via boardwalk. All three bedrooms have queen-size beds and the comfy couch will sleep one more.

This condominium is beautifully decorated with a great view from the second-floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room is complete with washer and dryer. It is the perfect home away from home!

Response from the owner Beside hanging on the beach all day ( my favorite thing to do) I hope ya'll found time to make it to Centre street in Downtown Fernandina. Response from the owner The manager is new to our complex but that is not a reason for her not to be there .I am sorry that she was absent when you arrived. Had you not posted your review I would have never known. I paid to have a new cartridge installed in the kitchen faucet in December but have not been back to inspect it. Thank you for letting me know. I do understand your disappointment and will make sure that it does not happen again.

Response from the owner It sounds like ya'll and a fun time. Each unit is supposed to have a binder with the unit number on the front placed on the kitchen pass through counter. It has the condo associations house rules as well as places of interest to visit, resturants, and things to do. I will make sure that ours has not been misplaced. I am glad that you still had a wondeerful time!
