Description
The only way to stay closer to the ocean would to be in a boat. Sit back and watch the cruise ships slowly pass by knowing that the passengers aboard are truly envying your luxurious accommodations. This elegant and spacious home offers a nearly 180 degree of the mighty Pacific ocean where you can relax and watch whales as they suddenly breach the blue water, spinner dolphins playfully chase a passing fishing vessel and the rising sun at it welcomes you to an amazing array of morning colors.
Walk through the front door into a vaulted great room with expansive windows looking out to the ocean and all that it has to offer. Hardwood floors, granite kitchen counters, two separate bedroom/bath suites each with its own lanai from which to enjoy the cool breezes from the ocean. The spacious oceanfront lanai of the house also has an outdoor sink/bar for outdoor entertaining. The home is furnished with high quality furniture that has been handcrafted using several different types of Hawaiian hardwood, lots of beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture. The only thing you will hate about this house is leaving!
The house features two spacious bedrooms, the Hamakua and the Hilo, each boasting its own private bath. This allows for comfortable accommodations for four persons. The bathroom of the Hamakua room features an extra large, luxurious Jacuzzi tub with full glass windows offering a wide open ocean view. In addition, a separate door off of the Hamakua bath leads you onto a nice wooden lanai and a fabulous, outdoor shower. This shower is covered by wood and vines on three sides yet open on the ocean side.
Need additional space for more guests. The Loft at Pali Lani is a comfortable apartment above the garage that sits adjacent to the Pali Lani home. This separate 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house, is also well furnished and has its own private and spacious deck. While slightly more simple than the main house, the guest house still offers exceptional comfort, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and of course, breathtaking views. Double sliding glass doors of the guest house lead out to a very spacious upper lanai with breathtaking, picturesque views. This guest house can be added to your reservation for $100/night additional for two additional guests. Additional guest fees will apply for guests above the total of four. The Loft guest house sleeps an additional five persons with its two queen beds and sleeper sofa.
If you would like the privacy of the Pali Lani house and prefer that no other guests stay in the Loft guest house, you can block off any other reservations of the Loft for only $60/night. This will assure that you are the only guests on the entire Pali Lani property.
