Nestled on the side of a small mountain your condominium is a brief walk to the palm tree beaches and downtown samara. Enjoy the sound of the surf and the amazing view from your private balcony or while relaxing in the infinity pool. Watch and listen as howler monkey migrate through the forest before your eyes. There are plenty of restaurants on and off the beach and are all great and offer an excellent variety but our personal favorites is watching the sun set at Mucho Gusto on the beach and stopping frequently into the bakery is a must! Keep your eyes on the lookout for Samara’s little buddies like the variety of lizards, iguanas and beautiful tropical birds.

Guests must be over 21 with at least one parent or custodian at all times. Must abide by the Homeowner's Association Rules at all Times. No glass at the pool. NO BBQ outside. No pets! Must not smoke in the unit. Be considerate of other guests. Only one vehicle allowed for parking. All trash is to be removed prior to checkout. All dishes done and put away. Deposit will not be returned if excessive trash and/or cleaning or damage to the unit including missing items.

How do damage deposits work?
