Can take water taxi to downtown historic Nassau. Safe destination for families.

Sunrise Beach Villas has unique design with meandering paths, water features and pools.

This is the type of vacation you will want to repeat. The range of activities include snorkelling, scuba diving, visiting Atlantis, going to museums, visiting the Botanical Gardens or Zoo.

You can charter a deep sea fishing boat or take a day trip to nearby islands. Nightlife includes Señor Frogs and Aqua nightclub at Atlantis. Passes to Atlantis may be bought on site.

Sunrise Beach has a hotel, as well as private rentals. We have 3 2 bedrooms at Sunrise

Getting around

You are on a beachfront property- steps to powdery sandy beach. You can walk to Atlantis for entertainment, water park, casino, shops and restaurants. There is a bar/restaurant at Sunrise Beach called Violas. Paradise Island is easy to walk around. If you wish to go downtown Nassau a quick 10min taxi ride and you are there.

One is pastel, another pure tropical and a 3rd Balinese design. This one is Indian inspired with dark furniture and red accents in furniture and wall art. It has unique furniture with a door from India covered with glass to make a dining table. We hope to see you back and your advice about www.foodstore2go is something we recommend to visitors- great service and groceries delivered to door. We have ensured AC is very comfortable.
