We welcome you to come stay in our unique, urban loft apartment. It is very clean and spacious at 1300 sq. ft. with a new bathroom, wifi and wood floors throughout. The large wooden deck has lounge chairs and a large dining table. This is the perfect Hollywood apartment for entertaining and relaxing. it's very private, yet it's in the center of all LA activity. The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the Silverlake reservoir, cafés, restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to the 2, 5 and 101 freeways.

We are a few minutes drive to Sunset Blvd, downtown Los Angeles, Griffith Park and Dodger Stadium; 15 minutes to Hollywood and Universal Studios. Come visit us in this beautiful historic neighborhood of Los Angeles
