“Romantic place. Perfect for young families with small kids”

Reviewed 25 Apr 2014

Firshermans Cove is on a shore side. The views are amazing as well as beach which is clean and not crowded at all. Easy check in/out and very quiet place, was ideal in our case, young family with 1,5 old boy. It was nice stay and we hopefully come back again.

“relaxing, confortable, wonderful”

Reviewed 10 Apr 2014

This vacation was absolutely wonderful. Right on the Gulf with absolutely open view of ocean. We were able to put on our bathing suits and run right out to the beach. The condo was clean, exceptionally furnished for a rental, and spacious. The added extra of a washer/dryer was nice (not having to go outside to the community pay washers) It was one of the most enjoyable vacations I have ever had. We will definitely return next year. One side note...Turtles, a restaurant very close...I do not suggest it. The food was horrible...go for the view, a drink and a snack at lunchtime, but not dinner.

Response from the manager We are delighted when we hear that a guest had a wonderful vacation while staying in our unit.

“Great Experience”

We wanted a place right on the Gulf.Well we got it here. The sunsets were awesome.Great location. The sound of the Gulf.

Response from the manager Great to hear that a guest had a great experience in a great location.

“Excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico and location.”

We felt the unit needed attention of various maintenance. Example, sinks and toilet kept running. Rug under table in living room needed cleaning very badly. Window in kitchen exposed to outside needed a blind for privacy. Lighting in the living room was not good. Step down to sunroom was very dangerous if you didn't know it was there. While we were there the light on the outside over the entrance door was burned out. Had to call for a new bulb.King size bed needed a new pad, existing pad had elastic over the corners, when you woke up in the morning they were off. The bed needed new bedding. Hopefully someone has visited the condo and corrected this items that are mentioned above

Response from the manager Our objective is to exceed all customer expectations. We appreciate feedback from our guests towards that end. We have addressed all of the issues identified including repairing sinks and toilet, replaced rug, added shade for kitchen door...

“As close as possible to a beautiful beach!”

Reviewed 29 Mar 2014

This was the most beautiful beach our family had ever been to on vacation. The beach was not crowded at all and it was like being on your own private beach. The condo was only steps away from the beach.

“Nice Place to Stay in Paradise”

My wife and I took my daughter and her friend to Siesta Key to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We have been visitign Siesta Key for about 4 years now and have enjoyed every trip. We have stayed in many locations on the Key. The Sundance is by far my favorite so far. It is just a block from the Village and just a short walk to the beach. The accomodations are wonderful for the price. October was a great month to go, since it was not peak season. The Sundance had everything we needed. It was very clean and had all of the things one might need to enjoy their stay. It is very close to groceries and night life! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to be close to the village and the beach. You can easily find affordable transportation to the main beach.

“Great vacation! Great place!”

A buddy and I stayed in Unit B on the second floor. We found it to be a great place, clean, well equipped with a great layout and everything worked as it should have. It will easily accommodate two couples comfortably with tons of closet and drawer space and the two bathrooms is also very convenient. The location is perfect, close enough to the bars and restaurants to walk yet far enough away that you can't hear the crowd at night. The beach is a very short walk away and the wagons available allow you to leave the car at the condo while having your chairs and cooler with you at the beach. Lisa was very accommodating to our needs and we got prompt responses each time we contacted her. We will definitely consider this as our first choice the next time we are looking at a Siesta Key vacation. Thanks for a relaxing time.

“Well equipped, quiet, charming and dog friendly”

Reviewed 17 Feb 2011

This was a first-rate place, one block away from the main street with lots of restaurants, shops, and a good small grocery store, and two short blocks to the beach. Well equipped with cable TV and DVD/CD player, good appliances, comfy beds, and most important for us accepted our large dog.
