Peter Bay is nestled between Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay, along the magnificent natural beauty of St. John's North Shore. From the privileged, top-row vantage point of the Peter Bay enclave, enjoy stunning views of Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Francis Bay, and the British Virgin Islands from the luxury of Villa Coco de Mer.
Coco De Mer is a 7000 sq. ft., 5BR / 6.5 bath estate house that consists of three buildings - a 2-level great house, a 2-level guesthouse, and a 1-level guesthouse. The entrance to Coco de Mer, from above, descends to a stone courtyard and to the upper level of the great house - with the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
French doors open to a spacious covered deck. In the style of a Greek Amphitheater with seating, Doric columns and grand archways lead to a 50 foot pool. The large Amphitheater takes full advantage of the jaw-dropping views and beautiful landscaping--perfect for weddings or other special events!
