Very Good

“Stunning Villa - Literally, paradise.”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2014

This villa was such an amazing place to stay. It fit 6 of us comfortably and had all the amenities one could possibly want - lots of linens and towels, clean/beautiful/modern kitchen, adorable straw beachside huts with chairs for lounging in shade, a HAMMOCK!!!, outdoor grill, pool and amazing poolside chairs with shade visors, an outdoor dining table and an indoor one - not to mention the most calm and stunning beach with incredible sunsets. Probably the best beach on the island, and we visited lots of other ones. Scott and Dana were so kind and helpful in advice for planning our stay; we made the most of it and this villa provided us with such a comfortable, inviting, beautiful home base. Would stay here again any day, and would highly recommend to other travelers - especially families! The beach is perfect for younger children, as it's very shallow and calm.

Our stay at Coconut Beach Villas was one of our best ever vacations, words can't express the feeling of waking up and heading to the beach for an early morning swim, each day becoming more refreshed. The Villa offered every convenience NOTHING was neglected. The property agents Dana and Scott made sure everything ran smoothly. We will definitely be back.

“just paradise”

We had a wonderful time at the Villa, you will need a rental car to get around though. Sapodilla Bay is beautiful and extremely safe for children. The Villa is clean and extremely well kept , Dana and Scott are great in keeping the house as new and everything works perfectly . The view is spectacular , we have been many times in the Island but this is by far the best Villa and best loacation on the entire island , there is hardly nobody in the all bay , the water and the sunsets are amazing . The Villa is well appointed and has eveything you will need even if you decide to stay in and cook.

“Peaceful and quiet - a break from the "real world"”

Reviewed 30 Apr 2014

Our 5th time staying in T&C;, third time with Dana and Scott on Sopadilla Bay. Coconut Beach Villa is stunning, quiet, and gives a much needed break from the rush of the every day existence. The villa offers everything you need, including laundry facilities, which makes packing a breeze. The kitchen is well-furnished; just get groceries at the IGa and you are set. We love the beach at Sopadilla Bay. We typically go to Grace Bay a few times during our week's vacation, but look forward to coming "home" to the peace and quiet of the south side of the island. Scott and Dana are awesome as hosts and can offer some great ideas about local restaurants and sites. Highly recommend renting a kayak or paddleboard if you have kids; they will be busy for hours in the peaceful (and safe) bay. Fishermen came up into the bay one day and we had the best, freshest fish you can imagine. Ate out a few days -- love Bugaloos, Sailing Paradise and Tiki Hut. Do not miss T and C at some point in your life. Gorgeous, friendly and peaceful--isn't that what vacation is about? This is our reward for surviving a harsh Chicago winter.

“Truly Spectacular!”

Reviewed 8 Jul 2013

Coconut Beach Villas are truly spectacular! Owners, Dana and Scott, have taken great care of the homes and it shows! They are also fun to talk with, friendly and helpful. As are the native islanders and those who come to work on the island. Villas are very clean, well designed and top notch amenities. My family stayed in one of the villas, my brother and his family in the other. Total of 4 adults and 8 kids ages 7-17. Very spacious. The home is in a private residential area. Only 6 homes on our stretch of beach! Easy to get to Grace Bay but so nice to come back to the villas on the quiet and breezy side of the island! The photos are exactly as you will find it-only better because you are standing on the patio soaking in the sun and the azure waters! Breath taking each morning to wake to sailboats and catamarans anchored in the bay. Did not have to run ac in our bedroom until last 2 nights. Beautiful trade winds through out day/night. Sapodilla Bay is quiet, serene and beautiful. Water is clear and very calm. We rented a kayak and paddle board for the week. Perfect! Saw sea turtles right off beach! Stocked up on groceries for the week-very pricy, double what we pay in states. Quickly got over that by day 2! Beer very expensive, wine is comparable to back home. Eating in was easy with grill and outdoor tables. Grilled grouper from Provo Fisheries nearby villas. Sunsets amazing! Places we ate and recommend: Boogaloos, Caicos Cafe, Horse Eyed Jacks, Las Brisas right at end of street, and anocoana. Most meals spent at villas so you can maximize beach time! Or pool for few kids! Activities: scuba with Dive Provo, horseback riding on beach with Provo Ponies, Snorkel and Conch Tour with Caicos Dream Tours. This was an amazing vacation with family and cousins! Coconut Beach Villas are the perfect place to call home for your TCI vacation. We loved it and want to go back! Thank you Dana and Scott and your entire crew!

“Awesome Place”

Reviewed 10 Nov 2012

This was our first time to Provo and we wanted to do it right by renting a private villa. The photos of Coconut Beach Villa were very convincing and believe me, this home and the location is stunning and will not disappoint. We arrived at the airport ,picked up our rental car and we were at the villa in less than 10 minutes using the directions provided by the owners. The house and grounds are immaculate and the beach is soft powder white sand. The water is so clear and warm, there is no rough surf here only small ripples and we stayed in the water for hours at a time. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The free wi-fi was a plus and the cable tv received all the channels from the states. We explored Provo and visited some local restaurants for lunch and dinner and enjoyed them immensely but our favorite place was right back at the villa where we could cook in the spacious kitchen or barbecue on the huge gas grill on the terrace and enjoy the sunsets from our own secluded home. The beds were very comfortable and the linens supplied were more than enough. The villa also has a large capacity washer dryer, dishwasher, etc. Grocery stores were nearby and the big IGa was a 10 minute ride out to the leeward highway and they have everything you could possibly buy. The people of the island are very friendly, polite and helpful to tourists and we ventured to every part of the island away from the tourist areas and ate in local restaurants, always felt welcome. Our hosts Dana and Scott were so very gracious and helpful, we felt like we had been coming to the villa for years. We absolutely will return and bring more family next time. We were so relaxed at the end our stay and sad to leave such a beautiful place.

“This is the place”

We loved the setting, the sunset are spectacular and the beach is very private and fits for families with children like ours. The home is brand new , exquisitely fitted and have all possible things one may need. The owners are extremely friendly and helped us with all we asked for. Will surely come back Thanks Dana and Scott!

“Truly Paradise”

Reviewed 19 Mar 2012

Our family and friends (10 total) ranging in ages from 9-75 just spent a week at Coconut Beach Villa. It truly is one of a kind; beautiful views, white sand beach that is so calm and perfect for young children, and the villas set up perfectly for privacy in larger groups. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen or grilled right from the deck daily. The evening breezes make for some of the best sleeping ever.

“Beautiful beyond words!”

Gorgeous home and beach. Enjoyed everything about our stay and can't wait to return! Sunsets were the most beautiful I've seen and dinner on the patio was most enjoyable.
