“The Perfect Spot!”
Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo in paradise with us. We had an amazing trip! We all love Marco and your condo made our stay perfect. You really have thought of everything to make your guests feel at home. We honestly only slept there, but enjoyed the balcony and the beds were very comfortable! We spent our time swimming in the pool and spent hours on the beach shelling, walking, & looking for sand dollars. We rented paddle boards and tried the water trike. We also rented bikes on the cooler day and rode all over Marco. The boys golfed in Naples and Megan and I played some tennis. The lady in the pro shop was so kind and we were able to borrow rackets and tennis balls from her. Thank you again for all of your help. You helped make our vacation perfect! We would spend time in one of your condos again in a heart beat!

“Beautiful, convenient and relaxing accommodations”
We stayed at this beautiful condo from May 4, 2013 to May 11, 2013 and we had a wonderful week in Marco and at this condo. Bill and Lorraine's condo has everything needed to make your vacation stay wonderful. But the best part of the condo is the balcony and the beautiful view of the beach, the Gulf and the buildings further south on the Island. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony immensely. The pool and the pool area are great too as was the beach and the warm, calm Gulf. This was the perfect place for our stay on Marco Island and I highly recommend this condo. Thank you!

“Good as advertised”
Clean and comfortable with high quality Tv's, furniture and appliances. Pool was more than adequate with very warm water and plenty of sunbathing space. Exercise room had dated equipment but it was minimally acceptable and never crowded. Free WiFi was helpful and gated community equates to a clean and safe environment for all. Underground parking is bonus and handy laundry was easy to use when needed. Owners provided all necessary info and more pre-visit and we never had any questions or issues during our stay. This was our first time staying at South Seas and we would return in a heartbeat, especially to this unit. We've been to Marco at least a dozen times and it continues to be paradise for us. Lorraine is the best condo owner we've ever dealt with and I highly recommend her and this unit.

“Unseasonsably cold but well worth it”
The weather was nice the first couple of days and then had record lows for two days (nothing you can do about the weather). After that, it was back to the 70's. Not a ton to do when the weather is bad, but we filled the time with some shopping and a movie. The condo was very clean and quiet and with 3 tv's, there was something for everyone at night. The beach was great and peaceful. We went parasailing one day down at the Marriott and the beach was nice but so crowded there was hardly an area open. Definitely liked the more quiet beach by the condo and the beautiful views. Check-in was super easy and the gentlemen who worked the gate were very helpful. Lorraine had a folder with every thing you could possibly need and made sure she also emailed the info to you as well. We had a wonderful time and definityly would go back!

“My beautiful and relaxing summer vacation!!!”
This was my second time staying in this lovely and well equipped condo. Every morning we would sit and have an amazing view of the beach. The rooms have comfortable beds that. do not allow you to miss your beds at home. Most importantly the only noise you will hear are the gentle summer wind. The pool is well kept and is never crowded. My daughter made a number of friends and truly enjoyed herself. Finally, Marco Island is fantastic location, with numerous restaurants and distractions.

Response from the owner This review was posted by a guest who has come back 5 years in a row. When I told him that none of the questions had been answered, which led to a one star review he didn't know how that could have happened as they love our condo. I emailed Flipkey about the problem and their response was that our guest must have used a mobile device to post his review and their system does not have the ability to handle reviews posted from mobile devices, such as ipad, etc. As a result my guests written review is all that shows and the questions that require stars are left unanswered, thus show up as one star, which must be the default. Clearly someone who has come back 5 years in a row and has already booked for next season is quite happy with our condo. Unfortunately, attempts to correct this review have been unsuccessful so I felt it necessary to post a response explaining the low one star rating from this guest.
